Since forming State 21 Ltd in 2015, we have supported national programmes to reduce Domestic Abuse and to enhance alternative pathways to tackle and reduce repeat offending.
We have supported reviews of systems used to assist major crime investigations and we continue to provide police expertise to academic input, supporting core practices such as evidence-based policing.
We are proud of our work to support wider programmes internationally, which look at enhancing community policing and engagement.

Event & Programme Management
Since our inception, State 21 has proudly showcased our expertise in managing events and programmes across the UK. Whether it is supporting trade shows, facilitating public engagement events, or implementing comprehensive training programmes, we excel in delivering successful outcomes.
As dedicated supporters of the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme, one of our Directors voluntarily chaired a committee for over a decade to enhance business engagement. Additionally, State 21 played a pivotal role in organising public engagement events for Defence, with our models still in use today.
Our event and programme management portfolio continues to expand, as demonstrated by our ongoing consultancy work for prominent trade shows such as The Home Office Security and Policing Event and The International Security Expo at Olympia, London. At these events, we provide comprehensive support, including visitor generation, speaker programmes, and overall event management.
